18th Birthday Celebrations, Blaby, Leicestershire

Mini-Marquee Hire Leicester had a fantastic day setting up this marquee for a special 18th birthday party. The party was being held at home and with 30 guests attending our customer wanted to ensure there was enough space and shelter for their guests without having to remain inside the house all evening. We provided one of our  5m x 5m White Georgian windowed Mini-Marquees along with fifteen folding chairs, the marquee was set up by us on the Friday and dismantled by us on the Monday morning so the customer had full use of the marquee all weekend. We were told the party was a huge success and that the marquee provided that extra bit of space our customer required.

Football Season Celebrations, Castle Donnington, Leicestershire

Mini-Marquee Hire Leicester were working in Castle Donnington this weekend to create some outdoor shelter for a celebration with a bit of a difference, the customer wanted to gather all his friends and family round to watch the Leicester City Football game but unfortunately didn’t have the space indoors so we created an outdoor venue. We supplied one of our 6m x 3m Premium Mini-marquees, along with ten bistro chairs, ten folding chairs and two heaters, the customer bought his TV outside so that everyone could comfortably enjoy the match. We think this set up is pretty perfect for any football fan!

What an exhilarating day we had here at Mini-Marquee Hire Leicester, where we went to Carsington Water to erect a few marquees for a an adventure challenge charity fundraiser. They wanted the marquees for an area where the participants can go for refreshments and for the celebration BBQ and prize giving.

The Adventure Challenge was a charity fundraiser where friends or colleagues would compete in teams of 2-4 people in a multitude of set challenges and mystery challenges. The three main challenges were a run/walk, on and off road cycling and canoeing; They also had mystery challenges along the way. The best thing about all this was it was raising money for a good cause and getting people fit and active.

We arrived at Carsington Water around 6 AM to make sure all the marquees were erected in good time and that the event organising could do all the things they needed to do to the marquees before the event started. When we got there we needed to put up two 6m x 6m Hexagonal marquees which will be linked together to make a big space for people to stand under if the weather takes a turn for the worse. Then when the event was over we went back 8 PM that night to take it down and bring back to the office.

NHS event, Loughborough

NHS 5m x 5m Hire 1On Thursday morning last week, we were in Loughborough setting up 2 of our 5m x 5m units for NHS Arden and GEM CSU.  The marquees had to be up and down within a certain time frame.  They needed to be up by 8am and taken down same day at 4pm.

The CDA Group Marquee Hire

Mini-Marquee Hire Leicester were at the Nags Head Pub in Harby at the weekend to provide a 3m x 3m Mini Marquee up for a company called CDA Group, they were hosting an event and needed some extra room for the guests, the Marquee was set up on hard surface and connected to the pub to allow guests easy access to and from the pub and Marquee.
